Wenersville, PA Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and versatile Concrete Laborer to support a variety of tasks on active construction sites. This role requires hands-on experience, the ability to work independently, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is adaptable and able to move between tasks as project demands change. Key Responsibilities Measure distances from grade stakes and assist with site layout Drive stakes and stretch tight lines for grading and alignment Build, align, and secure concrete forms Transport, pour, and finish concrete using wheelbarrows or buggies Assist with mixing concrete and mortar Signal equipment operators to ensure safe and accurate movement Use jackhammers and hand tools to break concrete and level surfaces Install and align pipe, including mechanical joints Erect scaffolding, shoring, and bracing as needed Safely expose underground utilities using hand tools Apply sealants and caulking to structures Perform demolition, material cutting, and general site cleanup Install pipe hangers and insulation materials Complete daily reports and required paperwork accurately and on time Qualifications Prior construction or utility experience preferred Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong understanding of job site safety practices Experience with hand and power tools Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions Using PPE such as hard hat. steel toe boots, gloves, glasses and vest Drug/background/MVR screening required Current PA driver's license and reliable transportation
