Day Shift Start Time:

Flexible (between 4:00 AM - 7:00 AM) Aerotek is hiring Concrete Laborers for an established manufacturing facility in Brighton, Colorado . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions . Essential Functions & Responsibilities Perform labor-intensive concrete work in a variety of environments Strip, set up, and pour concrete beds efficiently as part of a team Carry materials to form areas and assist with form setup Climb on and off concrete forms and trailer beds (approximately waist height) Operate hand and power tools including cutoff saws, grinders, and drills Work across multiple departments, including Architectural, Spancrete, Yard, and Finishing areas Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, bobcats, and cranes (training provided if needed) Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally Perform repetitive movements including standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and crawling Work both indoors and outdoors for the duration of the shift Comfortable working in physically demanding and fast-paced conditions Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in concrete finishing or drywall preferred Experience using hand and power tools Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment Reliable attendance and flexibility to work in different areas as needed

Schedule Day Shift:

Start time between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM Currently working four 10-hour shifts (Monday-Friday) Must be willing to work Saturdays as needed Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
