Concrete Lead / Foreman - Now Hiring (Coulter, Iowa)

• Job Description:

  We are hiring a Concrete Lead / Foreman to oversee residential and commercial concrete projects across Iowa, with additional work in Nebraska and Minnesota. This is a full‑time, year‑round opportunity with steady hours, travel accommodations, and strong growth potential.

  Shop based in Coulter, IA

• Travel:

  Required (hotels provided)

• Pay:

  $25/hour

• Schedule:

  Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm (OT available)
• Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete crews on residential and commercial job sites.

Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet productivity and quality goals. Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications. Oversee forming, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete. Operate and supervise the use of concrete tools and equipment. Maintain job‑site safety and ensure OSHA compliance. Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and crew members. Monitor material usage and report job progress. Travel to job sites across Iowa and surrounding states, with hotel stays as needed.

• Requirements 3-4 years of hands‑on concrete experience (residential or commercial). Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred. Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and placement. Ability to manage and motivate a crew. Valid driver's license. Willingness to travel and stay overnight during the work week.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
