Hulstein Construction Position Summary Hulstein Construction is seeking an experienced Concrete Paving Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating paving equipment and ensuring high-quality concrete placement on roadway and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Operate concrete paving equipment safely and efficiently (including Wirtgen pavers) Monitor grade, alignment, and quality of concrete placement Work closely with crew members to maintain production and finish standards Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Adjust machine settings based on job specifications and site conditions Follow all safety procedures and company standards Qualifications Experience operating concrete paving equipment preferred Wirtgen paver experience strongly preferred Leica machine control experience is a plus Ability to read grades, stakes, and site plans Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, full-time work Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth
