Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Installer/Crew Lead

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Flooring Crew Leader to oversee construction projects and lead a team of workers in various construction tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong ability in Epoxy Installation & Concrete Polishing, experience in construction, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role requires hands-on involvement in various construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the crew on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage the installation of various resilient floor systems, caulking, and sealing. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks. Conduct construction estimating to ensure project budgets are adhered to. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate project execution. Assist with heavy lifting and ensure proper techniques are used by all crew members. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration. Experience Candidates should have a solid background in construction with experience in the following areas: Epoxy and Polyaspartic Floor Coatings, Concrete Polishing, Concrete Sealing, Joint Sealing, Concrete Overlays, Concrete Staining, & Concrete Repairs. Knowledge of restoration processes and caulking techniques. Previous experience working on commercial & residential projects is a plus. This position requires a proactive leader who can motivate a team while ensuring high-quality workmanship across all aspects of construction projects.
