Concrete Shop Laborer

United Talent Staffing is immediately hiring Concrete Shop Laborer for a manufacturing company in Mount Clare, WV. This is a hands-on role for individuals who are comfortable working in a physically demanding, industrial environment.

Job Duties:

Assist with general shop labor and production support Move forms and transport finished and unfinished concrete products Load and unload materials and freight Perform shop and yard clean-up, including: Cleaning out concrete forms Removing excess/spilled concrete from work areas Work with rebar (reinforcing steel) as part of production processes Support team with daily operational tasks as needed

Pay & Shift:

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shift may end earlier depending on workload completion Overtime required and must be available

Pay:

$16/hour

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted Comfortable standing for extended periods Able to work in non-temperature-controlled environments, including outdoor conditions High School Diploma or GED required Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Industrial forklift experience is a plus
