Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating commercial vehicles and heavy equipment, particularly in construction settings. This role involves transporting materials to and from job sites, ensuring safe and efficient delivery while adhering to all safety regulations. A strong understanding of concrete operations, including mixing, pumping, and finishing, is essential. Duties Operate various types of commercial vehicles including dump trucks and concrete mixers. Transport materials such as concrete, rebar, and equipment to construction sites. Perform heavy equipment operations including loaders and excavators. Assist with concrete forming, paving, and finishing tasks on-site. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate material delivery schedules. Ensure adherence to safety protocols while operating machinery and vehicles. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License). Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including concrete mixers, dump trucks, loaders, and excavators. Strong mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Previous construction site experience preferred, particularly in concrete-related tasks such as paving, pumping, forming, and finishing. Ability to install rebar and perform related tasks as needed. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards.
