Job Summary:

We seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support our client. This role involves assisting with a variety of physical tasks in a fast-paced work environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, loading/unloading, and site cleanup Assist with setup and breakdown of materials, tools, or equipment Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads Maintain a clean and organized work area Support team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided if needed) Adhere to all safety guidelines and workplace procedures Requirements Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Strong work ethic and reliability (must show up on time and ready to work) Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team Previous general labor or warehouse experience preferred, but not required Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site Safety Requirements Must wear appropriate PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, steel-toe boots if required) Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety regulations Participate in any required safety briefings or orientations Physical Demands This is a physically demanding role. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and outdoor or industrial environments.
