What You'll Do:

Run diagnostic software and troubleshoot hardware issues Perform secure drive wiping and quality inspections Clean, package, and prepare devices for shipment Complete detailed documentation to ensure compliance with client standards Collaborate with Lead Technicians on complex issues

Required Skills:

Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Nice to

Have Skills:

Previous experience in electronics or IT equipment refurbishment Basic knowledge of diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
