Job Description

Project Coordinator - Construction Industry Ronkonkoma, NY $27-$28/hr. Full-Time | Monday-Friday A growing construction company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support daily operations and ongoing projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction or project coordination experience looking to join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and communication between departments Assist with project tracking, job costing, and reporting Maintain project files, contracts, permits, and compliance paperwork Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients regarding project updates Support estimating, purchasing, and administrative functions as needed Ensure deadlines and project timelines are met
Qualifications:
Previous project coordination or construction office experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities This company offers a stable work environment with room for long-term growth.
