Construction assistant/ Bathroom remodeling assistant Spanish/English

Must be able to pass background check- The Main Job Being Performed is for Bathroom remodeling. Other Jobs are taken on but primarily bathroom remodels. I Specialize in 1 day remodels. These jobs range from 8-10 hours typically. They can be longer in the beginning but become quicker than 8hrs as skills improve. Typically Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays when weather and customers allow it is the schedule. During first 2 weeks new employees will be paid $20 an Hour while proving skills. My Interview is a hands on proof of skills. Proving you can do what you say you can. I do not pay for this. Typically an hour or so I Speak English and Some Spanish Currently I am Looking for someone to assist in these bathroom remodels. The Days start out loading a trailer or van with the materials for the day in Hamilton NJ and proceeding to the job site. must be able to lift plywood, sheetrock, 75lbs alone 125 as a team. Jobs are typically 1 hour or less away but on occasion further. If loading occurs the day before we will choose a central meeting point, Typically a wawa In Jackson NJ. You are paid for anything over 30 minutes of driving from Hamilton.

Once the Assistant can help the team Complete Quality work Effecicently they Will Transition to a daily pay rate. Meaning the more skilled and productive you become the more it benefits everyone.
