$80,000 - $120,000/yr, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate

Direct hire + Benefits Key Responsibilities Manage full?cycle construction bookkeeping including AP, AR, job costing, and reconciliations Process vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and purchase orders Prepare and track job cost reports for active commercial projects Handle billing, progress payments, and change orders Maintain project files and financial documentation Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements Support payroll processing (experience helpful but not required) Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate job costing and timely billing Use QuickBooks Desktop daily for all accounting functions Requirements 4+ years of construction bookkeeping experience — commercial construction required Strong QuickBooks Desktop experience Solid understanding of job costing, progress billing, and construction AP/AR Ability to work on?site Monday-Friday Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a small accounting team (no supervisory duties) Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
