Blondie's Treehouse is seeking a Construction Buyer to support our operations team and project delivery pipeline. This role is responsible for executing purchasing across multiple projects, ensuring materials are procured, tracked, and delivered efficiently. This position plays a critical role in supporting both daily operations and long-term project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute purchasing across multiple active construction projects
• Review construction documents, drawings, specifications, and approved scope to validate materials and quantities
• Generate, issue, and track purchase orders
• Communicate with vendors to procure materials consistent with project needs and timelines
• Track lead times, production, and delivery schedules
• Maintain project documentation and record keeping (POs, invoices, vendor communication)
• Coordinate with logistics and field teams to ensure accurate delivery and transfer of materials to job sites
• Obtain subcontractor agreements, and COIs; oversee subcontractor coordination in conjunction with the field managers

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years' experience in construction purchasing, procurement, or similar role
• Ability to read construction documents and specifications
• Strong organizational and tracking skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore experience a plus

Pay:

$80,000.00
