Based out of Abrams, WI with job sites in the surrounding areas (some travel required depending on the project)

Position Overview MDJ Home Services LLC is a growing construction company specializing in remodels, additions, decks, and new builds. We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our crew. This is a hands-on position working on a variety of residential construction projects. We are open to all experience levels, from those willing to learn to experienced individuals. What You'll Be Doing Assist with and complete a variety of construction tasks Work on remodels, additions, decks, framing, and general construction Load and unload materials and keep job sites clean and organized Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Follow direction and work independently when needed Help keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule What We're Looking For Reliable and shows up ready to work Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work well with a team Must have reliable transportation Preferred (But Not Required) Experience in framing, siding, roofing, or general carpentry Own basic tools Ability to read a tape measure and use basic tools Compensation Pay is based on experience, skill level, and overall fit Open to both entry-level and experienced applicants Wages will be discussed during the interview process What We Offer Steady, consistent work Opportunity to learn and grow in the trades Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays 1 week paid vacation after 1 year Paid sick days About MDJ Home Services LLC We take pride in doing quality work, paying attention to detail, and treating our clients fairly.
