Construction Crew Member 530 E Bland Rd, Lebanon, MO 65536 From $750 a week - Temporary, Full-time From $750 a week - Temporary, Full-time Overview We are a property management company based in the Midwest looking to add a construction crew member to our in-house team, working on mobile home renovations. Must be able to work both independently and as a team. Must have the skills to complete a mobile home renovation on your own. Duties can include light demolition of floors, counters, etc. Installation of sub-floor, flooring, cabinets, toilets, painting, stairs/decks, etc. You may be required to pick up supplies as well but gas reimbursement will be provided. Travel between properties across the midwest will be required. You will be notified of travel in advance and be provided with accommodations, gas reimbursement and meal stipend during travel. The ideal candidate will have construction knowledge and demonstrate excellent work ethic and communication skills. Lots of room for growth as you increase your skills! Responsibilities Rehab mobile homes based on company standards Assist with general repairs and maintenance tasks Complete rehabs based on company schedule / timeline Pick up supplies as needed Travel between locations in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois and others as needed Requirements Basic construction skills Knowledge of mobile homes and related repairs (ideal) Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members Must have reliable transportation A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
