Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment on land and offshore facilities. This role requires understanding industrial electrical systems, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including tray systems, wiring, outlets, circuit breakers, transformers, and control panels related to construction projects.

Installation & Commissioning:

Install and connect electrical systems, equipment, and components, including motors, transformers, generators, and control systems.

Tool and Equipment Use:

Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to fabricate brackets, tray, gland and terminate power / control cables.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and best practices. Ensure all work is performed with a strong emphasis on safety.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical systems preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. Offshore experience preferred.

Skills:

General knowledge of low and medium voltage industrial electrical systems. Fabricating tray and brackets, glanding and terminating power / control cables, installing various types of control panels and associated components / systems. General knowledge Conduit systems installation a plus. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills a plus. Ability to work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Schedule:

As Required. Work in various weather conditions, including exposure to high winds, heavy machinery noise, and confined spaces. Physically demanding tasks may be required, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
