• Full-time Overview Paramount Property Solutions is seeking a Construction Estimator / Insurance Supplement Specialist to join our growing team in Bel Alton, Maryland.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong construction background who understands insurance claims and can communicate effectively with insurance adjusters to ensure projects are properly funded. The position involves reviewing insurance estimates, identifying missing scope items, communicating with adjusters, and negotiating supplements to ensure the full scope of repairs is approved. Have knowledge of large loss reconstruction. Proficient with knowing trades framing, electrical , interior , plumbing. This role plays an important part in helping ensure our customers receive the repairs they need and that projects are properly documented and funded. Responsibilities Review insurance estimates and compare them with the actual construction scope Identify missing items, underpaid line items, or overlooked damages Communicate directly with insurance adjusters to review and discuss claims Follow up with adjusters and negotiate supplements when necessary Work with project managers and field teams to verify scopes and documentation Maintain organized documentation including photos, reports, and project notes Track claims and supplements until approvals are received Help ensure projects are properly funded based on actual construction requirements Experience Experience with Xactimate estimating software Previous experience writing insurance supplements Experience working with roofing or exterior insurance claims Familiarity with EagleView or similar roof measurement software Qualifications Construction background required (roofing, siding, restoration, or general contracting) Strong communication skills and ability to work with insurance adjusters Ability to review photos and identify missing construction scope items Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to manage and follow up on multiple claims About Paramount Property Solutions Paramount Property Solutions is a growing roofing and exterior construction company specializing in insurance restoration work.
