$45•53•includes Company Truck, Overtime, Bonuses & Year-Round Work FBI Buildings is hiring experienced Construction Foremen and Crew Leaders to lead commercial and post-frame building projects throughout the Winamac area and surrounding communities. We are looking for experienced field leaders who know how to run crews, keep projects moving, and build quality structures safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Lead construction crews on active jobsites Coordinate materials, schedules, and daily production Maintain safety and quality standards Train and mentor crew members Communicate with customers and project teams Help deliver projects on time and with high quality workmanship

Qualifications:

Previous Foreman, Crew Lead, or construction leadership experience Strong framing, commercial, or post-frame construction background Ability to read blueprints and manage jobsite production Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license At FBI Buildings, we are building long-term leaders, not just filling another construction role.
