$25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience Job Summary We are seeking experienced foreman to join our team. In this role, you will oversee various aspects of construction projects, mostly decks, outdoor spaces, 3 season rooms, and additions ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within scope. Your expertise will drive project success by coordinating your team, managing timeline, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities Maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of all phases Oversee construction site activities, supervising on-site team to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications Requirements Supervising experience on construction sites Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across team Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors Reliable transportation
