The Job:

Foreman in Training Assist in leading a crew of 3-4 construction laborers Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish Read and interpret blueprints and building plans Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms Drive a one-ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers Work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, full-time, year-round construction work Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Minimum of 2 years of prior building trades experience required Leadership or crew management experience preferred Valid driver's license required Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Clear path to advancement into a Foreman role Structured on-the-job training and mentorship Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options Paid holidays and PTO 401(k) retirement plan Incentive bonuses and travel pay (where applicable) About Cleary Building Corp.
