• Paint Prep Laborer ($18-19/hr) Job Duties + Clean and prepare parts for painting using chemicals + Tape, handle, and organize parts before & after painting + Sand, deburr, and sandblast parts for a smooth finish + Inspect parts for quality and defects + Maintain a fast production pace (1,500-3,000 parts per shift) Requirements + Manufacturing / production experience preferred + Good attention to detail + Ability to handle repetitive work + Basic math and computer skills + Ability to meet daily targets and work independently Physical Requirements + Stand for long hours + Handle small parts + Lift up to 35 lbs when needed + Comfortable working with chemicals (mask/respirator provided) Work Environment + Fast-paced production setting + Work with tools, sandblasting, and paint processes + Team-focused workplace with strong safety standards Apply Now Apply fast•positions are filling quickly!
