Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Pay:

$18-$20/hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including moving materials and equipment. Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely under the supervision of experienced workers. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles as needed. Help with the installation of structures or fixtures as directed by supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of projects.

Required Qualifications:

Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance. Clean driving record. Physically capable of lifting heavy loads (up to a few hundred pounds). Ability to work outdoors all day in varying weather conditions, including rain and shine. 18+

Preferred Skills:

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction practices is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills to collaborate with coworkers and supervisors. Familiarity with safety procedures in a construction environment is beneficial. Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise on the job site. Why Work with Us?
