Construction Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with site preparation including clearing, digging, and organizing materials Load, unload, and distribute construction materials and tools around the job site Assemby, installation, and alignment of PEMB in collaboration with team members Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision to support various construction tasks Help with setting up scaffolding, barricades, and safety signage as needed Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials in place or providing assistance during installations Maintain cleanliness of the work area by removing debris and organizing supplies regularly Skills Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor throughout the workday Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines accurately Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is a plus but not required Valid driver's license High School Diploma or GED Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions OSHA 10 Must pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check required by Georgia law and US DOT regulations.
