Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial renovations to new builds, utilizing your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site. This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in the construction industry while contributing to exciting projects. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality standards are met. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to support excavation, framing, roofing, and other construction tasks. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor for materials handling, site cleanup, and equipment setup. Support masonry work including tile laying, stucco application, and restoration projects. Conduct demolition, renovation, or restoration activities with precision and adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members on site to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining a safe work environment. Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery operation. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions clearly. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing manual labor outdoors or indoors in various weather conditions. Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in concrete mixing, concrete pumping, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, or roofing is a plus. Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols relevant to construction environments. Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving preferred; willingness to operate heavy equipment required. $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
