In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating structures, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as transporting materials, tools, and equipment around the site Operate power tools and hand tools safely to support carpentry, masonry, roofing, and other trades Support concrete work by mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping concrete as needed Install rebar, metal studs, framing, drywall, trim carpentry, and perform basic plastering or stucco work Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and assist with layout tasks Support specialized tasks such as tile laying, flooring installation, caulking, renovation work, or restoration projects Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform heavy lifting safely Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for various construction tasks Experience with concrete finishing, rebar installation, framing carpentry, masonry, welding or roofing is a plus Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is desirable Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Join our team today if you're eager to build your career in construction!
