Construction Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer / Helper to join our team. This position will mainly involve assisting lead workers and skilled tradespeople with various construction and demolition projects. The ideal candidate should have basic construction knowledge, be comfortable using hand and power tools, and be willing to learn on the job. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, dependability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Assist lead workers with construction and demolition tasks Help prepare and clean job sites Load, unload, and move materials and equipment Operate hand tools and power tools safely Assist with basic framing, demolition, drywall, roofing, flooring, and general labor work Perform heavy lifting of construction materials and debris Help with site organization and maintaining a safe work environment Provide support with material handling and setup for daily tasks Perform light driving and transportation of tools or materials when needed Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations Requirements Basic construction or demolition experience preferred Ability to use hand tools and power tools Valid driver's license required Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the day Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Willingness to learn and assist wherever needed Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
