• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our construction projects with Siding, Roofing and windows (not limited too) and ensuring the smooth completion of our projects.
• Additionally, you must reside within a reasonable mileage of MCLC Contracting. We may conduct a background check. Having a record does not automatically disqualify you from our list; please inform us.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist construction owner and foremen in various aspects of the construction process
• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials and tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety standards and regulations
• Operate construction equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and power and hand tools
• Assist in the preparation of materials for construction, including digging trenches, laying pipe and much more
• Clean and maintain construction tools and equipment
• Assist in the disposal of waste and debris
• Participate in safety inspections and take corrective action to prevent accidents
• Orginize power and hand tools in trailer
• But not limited too

• Experience:

• Previous experience in construction or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
• Knowledge of construction safety procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to operate construction equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Not limited too
