Construction Laborer

Overview We are seeking skilled Construction workers to join our dynamic team. Duties Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for various construction projects. Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of experienced tradespeople. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks. Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to minimize risks on the job site. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to follow directions accurately and work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
