Full-Time | Seasonal with Potential for Long-Term Employment Wilson Bros Construction, Inc. is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our crew for ongoing water main and road construction projects in Lander, Wyoming. This position involves outdoor physical labor in a heavy construction environment and offers an opportunity to work with an experienced utility and roadway team. Responsibilities Assist with installation of water mains, storm drains, and underground utilities Perform general road construction labor duties Operate hand tools and small equipment safely Assist equipment operators and pipe crews Load and unload materials and maintain clean job sites Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements Work in trenches, around heavy equipment, and in varying weather conditions Qualifications Construction or underground utility experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ pounds Reliable transportation to and from the job site Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred CDL is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities available Per diem may be available for qualified applicants Schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on project schedule Typical construction hours vary based on weather and project demands Wilson Bros Construction, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
