$15•20 per hour (based on experience, with room to grow) About Us Two Bros Construction is a growing local company specializing in residential and light commercial painting, flooring, and general construction. We handle a wide range of projects—from interior/exterior painting to decks, fencing, drywall, and trim work. We take pride in quality work, reliability, and getting the job done right. Job Description We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team. This position is hands-on and involves assisting with a variety of construction and painting tasks. No experience is required—we are willing to train the right person who shows up and works hard. Responsibilities Assist with interior and exterior painting projects Help install flooring (laminate, vinyl plank, etc.) Support construction projects (decks, fencing, drywall, trim) Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean Use basic hand and power tools Follow instructions and work as part of a team Requirements Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors Show up on time and ready to work Basic tool knowledge is a plus (but not required) What We Offer On-the-job training (learn painting, flooring, and construction skills) Opportunity for raises based on performance Consistent work for reliable employees Room to grow into a skilled position How to Apply Call or text 601-934-0563 to apply or ask questions.
