Duties Assist with general construction site tasks, including material handling, cleanup, and site organization Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as mixing materials, preparing surfaces, and setting up equipment Learn and perform basic plastering techniques under supervision to develop specialized skills in pool finishing Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Support other construction activities and concrete finishing as needed Requirements Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in pool plastering and construction trades Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction environments Prior experience on construction sites is a plus but not required; training will be provided Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Valid driver's license for transportation to job sites Join us if you're ready to kick-start your career in construction!
