Construction laborers and Painters - Experienced and entry level

Overview We are a growing general contracting and painting company looking for motivated individuals to join our team and be a vital part of transforming visions into reality! Positions available for experienced construction or remodeling laborers and also entry level positions offering the opportunity to gain experience working on a range of projects, from painting to residential remodels and commercial builds. Our projects consist of many moving parts, from prep to on site demo and construction, painting/finishing and final clean up. They all must come together to ensure quality, optimum results and customer satisfaction. We take pride in our work! As a key team member, you'll contribute to safe, efficient job sites while also gaining valuable experience across multiple trades. We offer competitive wages based on experience and skills. The Details... We are looking for individuals with general construction site or remodeling experience, negotiable starting pay will be based on skill and experience, up to $25/hr. Also looking to fill entry level positions, starting wage of $17/hr. Ability to commute to and work on job sites in the Allegheny, Beaver, Butler and surrounding counties. Cranberry Twp., Wexford, Allison Park, Sewickley, etc. being where the majority of work is located. Must be willing to travel to all jobsites. For entry level must have a familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools. Tools are provided and using personal tools is not a requirement. Ability to follow work orders is required. Knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing or electrical work is a plus but not required. Physical stamina with the ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards safety and high quality standards.
