Construction Project Engineer

Job Title:

Construction Project Manager We are seeking a Construction Project Manager in the Ohio area. This individual will oversee project operations, conduct progress meetings on-site, handle buyouts, manage submittals, and RFIs, and collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders. The position involves a balanced mix of on-site and office work. Responsibilities Oversee project operations to ensure timely completion. Conduct regular progress meetings on-site. Manage buyouts and submittals effectively. Handle RFIs and collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders. Essential Skills Project management expertise in construction. Experience in commercial and industrial construction. Knowledge in construction management and vertical build projects. 3-5 years of relevant construction experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with project management software like Procore or MS project! Work Environment This role offers a dynamic work environment with a 50/50 split between on-site duties and office-based tasks. The successful candidate will work in a setting that combines hands-on fieldwork with strategic office planning. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Alvada, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $43.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
