Construction Project Manager

Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, schedule, and resources required. Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and Primavera for project tracking and reporting. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and other project documentation. Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting for materials and labor. Manage project schedules using Civil 3D tools to create detailed schematics for effective execution. Implement effective time management strategies to optimize project workflows. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. 2 Years of experience preferred Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Proficiency in construction management software including Sage CM and Primavera is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and contract management. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure. Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
