2 years of work experience managing utility construction projects. Preferred experience in pipe installation of sanitary sewer & water.Project Management:
Previous role including project management in utility construction industry Our Company Site Engineering, Inc. has been providing the metropolitan Atlanta region with quality underground pipeline installation since 1983. Installation Projects for local municipalities include water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, storm water retention, parks, stream restoration, and grading.Primary Role Position:
Candidate will project manage underground pipeline projects in the Municipal Construction business. Responsibilities are to oversee daily construction activities - ensure that crews are working with maximum efficiency avoiding delays through superior planning and scheduling. The project manager will split their time between office and field work. Office work 70% includes: Contract documents, quotes, scheduling, estimating, submittal procurement, purchasing, client meetings, sales, pay requests, cost control, and complete project management from bids to closeout. Field Work 30%: Quality control, survey, layout, and meetings with field inspectors & owners.Skills:
Underground Utility Construction experience 5 years with Municipal Clients involving water, sewer, storm, grading, and road work Project Management of multiple crews, subcontractors, & suppliers Excellent communication skills with a broad spectrum of people Submittal procurementScheduling:
MS project / primavera Represent company to Clients and Owners Completes new and complicated tasks from verbal instructions under minimum supervision Accounting and financial skills, ability to process job costs Computer skills mandatory: Excel, office, word, mapping software, digital take-offs, earthwork programs Company Benefits- Health Insurance
