We're hiring a Project Manager to help lead deck and porch projects from production kickoff through final completion. This role is responsible for keeping projects organized, crews aligned, clients informed, and production moving forward without chaos.Your responsibilities will include:
Jobs completed on schedule Coordinating crews and subcontractors daily Proactive communication with clients Managing and documenting change orders Protecting project budgets Making sure materials are ready before crews arrive At the end of the day, this role is about leadership, communication, and execution.HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
