This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and ensure that all aspects of construction are executed efficiently, safely, and within scope. As a key driver of project success, you will utilize your expertise in construction management software and technical skills to deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations and industry standards. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project workflows. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management tools to track progress and identify potential delays. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design specifications. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures. Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and progress reports. Utilize construction estimating tools like HeavyBid or similar software to prepare budgets and control costs effectively. Requirements Proven experience in COmmercial construction management with a strong background in civil or heavy construction projects. Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Procore, Red Teams or Microsoft Project. Hands-on experience with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Red teams, and Civil 3D. Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site safety protocols. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills. Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and tools like Red Team is highly desirable.
