Construction Safety Manager Are you passionate about keeping teams safe and projects running smoothly? We're looking for an experienced Construction Safety Manager to champion safety across dynamic commercial, industrial, and heavy civil projects. In this role, you'll be the go-to safety leader on-site: driving a strong safety culture, ensuring OSHA compliance, and proactively identifying risks before they become issues. What You'll Do + Lead safety efforts across multiple active job sites + Conduct site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments + Develop and implement site-specific safety plans + Deliver safety trainings, orientations, and toolbox talks + Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions + Partner with project teams and subcontractors to ensure full compliance + Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports What You Bring + 10+ years of construction safety experience + Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and best practices + Experience with audits, incident investigations, and training + Ability to influence teams and enforce safety in fast-paced environments + OSHA 30 required (advanced certifications like CSP or CHST are a plus) Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tupelo, MS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $55.29/hr.
