This role is vital in ensuring that all aspects of the construction process adhere to safety standards, project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-leading construction management software. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth operations. Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to verify work accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or other construction management software to meet deadlines efficiently. Oversee quality control processes, ensuring work meets industry standards and client expectations through regular inspections. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports to keep projects within financial scope. Review contracts, change orders, and procurement documents to maintain clarity and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Lead supervising teams on-site, providing guidance, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high team morale. Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other construction management software for documentation, communication, and project tracking. Conduct site inspections using equipment like ohmmeters for electrical testing and ensure all work aligns with safety schematics and technical specifications. Skills Extensive construction site experience with proven supervising capabilities in complex projects. Strong knowledge of construction management practices including scheduling (Primavera P6), budgeting, and contract administration. Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret schematics for electrical or mechanical systems. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and the ability to enforce safety policies effectively on-site. Skilled in project scheduling, management techniques, and supervising diverse teams of tradespeople and subcontractors. Ability to use technical equipment like ohmmeters for electrical quality assurance checks. Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
