Day to day, you will: Carry an active pipeline of renovation projects at various stages simultaneously Build and own scopes, schedules, and budgets for each project Source, bid, and hold subcontractors accountable to timelines, quality, and cost Conduct regular site visits and inspections to enforce workmanship and safety standards Identify problems early and solve them before they become costs or delays Keep leadership informed with proactive, accurate updates — no surprises Maintain full project documentation from kickoff through completion Collaborate with acquisitions, finance, and sales on project timelines and delivery Not the

Responsibilities:

Certify that each building project delivers a high-quality end product, oversee construction staff, and perform on-site assessments daily Hire subcontractors and verify that they have all the required permits Minimize injuries and delays on building projects by requiring complete attention to health and safety standards, and report any issues to the project manager when they occur Address the project's costs with clients to ensure that it remains within budget Analyze subcontractor productivity toward timelines and performance goals to ensure that the project is on schedule to be finished on budget and to the highest possible quality

Qualifications:
