2 weeks vacation + 5 personal/sick days), year-end discretionary performance bonus and travel support provided (vehicle reimbursement or rental; RV/hotel-equivalent option available). We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead manufacturing and industrial construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and facility upgrades in both active and greenfield/brownfield environments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on industrial/manufacturing projects
• Manage trades, schedules, and site execution
• Work in active facilities with minimal disruption
• Enforce GMP and strict safety standards
• Identify and resolve design/constructability issues early
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors Apply now! Requirements
• 7+ years superintendent experience
• Industrial, manufacturing, coolers/freezers, or similar project experience
• Strong MEP knowledge
• OSHA/safety-focused leadership
• Ability to read plans and identify issues
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, CAD, and Procore/Sage
