Role Description This is an on-site, full-time Construction Superintendent (Residential) role based in Waynesboro, GA. The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day activities on residential construction sites, ensure compliance with safety standards, manage scheduling and organization, and coordinate subcontractors and materials. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential construction and must be proficient and knowledgeable in the following work activities : Residential job site set up & material logistics Demolition Framing Siding Decking & Railing Roofing Window & Door Installation Interior & Exterior Trim Sheetrock & Level 3 Tape & Spackle Cut & Roll Painting Lite Plumbing Lite Electrical Lite Tiling Preferrable if the candidate possesses Georgia General Contractor License Experience Lead daily on-site operations, supervising construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients. Allocate resources for assigned projects. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and clarity before work begins. Oversee quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards, building codes, and client expectations. Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards across all project sites. Supervise onsite personnel including subcontractors; provide guidance on blueprint reading, schematics interpretation etc Ensure proper site organization by managing pipeline logistics for materials delivery and storage; maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications At least 3 years of proven experience in residential construction management with a strong track record of supervising construction sites effectively. Knowledge of construction site safety standards including OSHA compliance. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
