We are looking for enthusiastic and eager candidates as a Construction Technician, Operator, and/or general laborer, to join our growing team in our Northern California (greater Sacramento) location. Job Description The Construction Technicians work on a variety of construction-based projects throughout California. Our Drillers, operators, and labors, are required to drive company provided trucks to various job sites prepping/supplying sites with various materials and providing clean-up. The Technicians operate and/or assist operators on various large equipment including generators, air compressors, pumps, and pressure washers to assist site and monitoring wells. Our Technician's receive on the job training. Experience is not necessary. We are willing to work with motivated individuals. Job Requirements Must have experience working with concrete, Must have outdoor work experience and be willing and able to work outdoors and all-weather conditions Must be available to work some weekends (as needed) Willing to work in team setting and take direction. Work safely and professional with clients. Work independently on a job site and assist others as needed Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and load/unload material to sites Valid California Driver's License with a clean DMV record is preferred. Must have the ability to work full time Must pass pre-employment physical and drug test Solid written and verbal communication skills, Must be reliable and on time.
