Experience with open store remodels, tenant improvements, or renovations projects preferred. (

IE:

Walmart, Target, Sam's Club.) This is a travel-based position with assignments that may be regional within the southeast markets.

What You'll Do:

Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Develop, update, and maintain project schedules Supervise subcontractors and enforce performance standards Maintain safety compliance and promote a clean job site Coordinate materials, trades, and inspections Monitor budget, progress, and quality control Manage phasing and logistics for open-store remodels

Superintendent Qualifications:

2+ years as a Superintendent with a General Contractor Ability to travel regionally within the southeast market for projects (Southeast market: Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina) Strong field communication and coordination skills Able to manage fast-paced builds to completion Comfortable reading and interpreting construction plans/specs
