Duties Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for tasks such as framing, roofing, and site preparation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction plans precisely. Perform demolition, renovation, or restoration tasks with attention to detail and safety protocols. Handle heavy lifting and material transport using commercial driving skills or heavy equipment operation when required. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with hands-on experience in construction environments. Proficiency in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation for accurate project execution. Expertise in rebar installation, concrete forming, concrete pumping, and finishing techniques. Skilled in carpentry disciplines such as trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and drywall installation. Knowledge of roofing systems, caulking, plastering, flooring installation, tile laying, and stucco application. Ability to operate power tools safely along with heavy machinery including cranes or excavators when needed.
