Key Responsibilities:

Assist in construction of pole barns, residential framing, and roofing projects Operate hand and power tools and equipment Execute tasks such as framing, roofing, exterior metaling, siding, shingling, and metal roof installation Maintain a clean and organized job site Adhere to all safety guidelines and company standards of operation Work effectively and efficiently as part of the team Display a positive attitude and follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors

Qualifications:

Prior construction experience preferred but not required (we will train the right person) Ability to perform physically demanding work (heavy lifting, bending, climbing, carrying, etc.) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Honesty, integrity, dependability and punctuality Respectful communication with superiors, team members and clients Commitment to the company vision and core values
