CONSTRUCTION YARD ATTENDANT

BELT Construction, Inc. is currently hiring a General Laborer/Yard Attendant to join our team in Texarkana, AR . We are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals who are experienced in equipment operation, welding, carpentry, or mechanics . This position involves a variety of hands-on tasks to support our construction yard operations.

Responsibilities may include:

General yard work and groundskeeping Cleaning and preparing equipment for use Assisting mechanics and welders with repairs and fabrication Organizing tools, materials, and supplies Pulling 20'-30' foot trailers with Misc. materials and equipment to job sites

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Prior experience in equipment operation, welding, carpentry, or mechanical work A strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team Reliable transportation How to
