Construction/Electrical Helper

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Construction/Electrical Helper to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in both electrical and carpentry trades while working alongside experienced professionals on residential projects. Position Summary The Construction/Electrical Helper will assist licensed electricians and skilled carpenters with installations, repairs, construction tasks, and job site preparation. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Electrical Support Assist with installing wiring, outlets, fixtures, panels, and lighting systems Pull wire and help with installation Gather tools and materials for electricians Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow safety guidelines and job site protocols Carpentry Support Assist with framing, trim work, drywall, cabinetry, and finish carpentry Measure and cut materials Load and unload materials and equipment Support demolition and site prep as needed Maintain tools and keep work areas clean Qualifications Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation to job sites Previous experience is preferred Skills & Traits Punctual and dependable Good communication skills Team-oriented attitude Detail-focused and safety-conscious Ability to follow instructions What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) On-the-job training and skill development Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Consistent work schedule How to Apply Submit your resume or brief work history along with contact information.
