Job Description
- Position Overview

Experience:
- PNC Commercial Underwriting experience required
- Experience working with PNC Policy & Procedure
- Familiarity structuring credit deal transactions in a 2LOD role
- Wealth Management experience may be preferred
- 8+ years of industry experience required.

- Analytical thinking
- knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis and ability to determine the root cause and create alternative solutions to resolve the problem.
- Credit Risk-knowledge of processes, tools and techniques used to determine the degree of credit risk in a transaction or customer relationship; ability to assess, rate and manage exposure to credit risk.
- Ability to work independently, make recommendations, advise on deal discussions with recommendations of alternative structures, challenge business when appropriate to maintain risk appetite
- Understand financial analysis, industry trends, deal structures, PNC's credit risk appetite and applying PNC policy
- Portfolio Management-Knowledge of and ability to create, implement and evaluate and enhance risk management policy and procedures, working closely with AMG partners.

Base Salary:
$100,000.00- $261,950.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
