Content Creator and Social Media Manager

Job Overview We're looking for a creative, upbeat, and highly self-motivated Content Creator & Social Media Manager to work closely with the owner of Lambs Hill, our growing bridal shop, and an emerging bridal designer brand. This role is ideal for someone with a strong personal creative eye, experience growing social media accounts, and a genuine understanding of engaging short-form content, branding, and storytelling. This is a very hands-on, collaborative role working closely alongside the owner day-to-day. The ideal candidate enjoys being immersed in the creative process, capturing content organically as moments happen, and helping translate everyday behind-the-scenes experiences into engaging social media content. The ideal candidate is confident creating content independently and does not need constant direction. You should be able to take products, bridal moments, venue spaces, fittings, events, and day-to-day creative experiences and naturally turn them into beautiful, engaging content that feels current, aspirational, and authentic to the brand. This role will involve close collaboration with the owner, who has an established TikTok following, so experience building and growing social media presence on Instagram and TikTok is important. Responsibilities Capturing day-to-day behind-the-scenes content alongside the owner Filming and photographing bridal appointments, wedding venue spaces, fittings, events, product launches, lifestyle moments, and creative projects Creating content that helps grow both the bridal shop and the bridal designer brand presence online Editing raw footage into polished, engaging Instagram Reels and TikTok videos Creating content independently in addition to collaborative shoots Managing and updating social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and Threads Actively engaging with followers, commenters, and online communities across platforms Assisting with posting schedules, content organization, and maintaining a cohesive brand prescence Helping grow audience reach and engagement through creative ideas, trend awareness, and platform strategy Traveling for content opportunities, shoots, weddings, events, trunk shows, and brand-related projects Assisting the Marketing Director with creative projects, campaigns, content planning, and brand initiatives as needed Occasionally assisting with lifestyle and family-oriented content Ideal Qualifications Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content culture Experience growing social media accounts or personal platforms Strong video editing and design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar platforms Excellent aesthetic judgment and storytelling ability Comfortable filming both elevated bridal/wedding content and casual lifestyle content Positive, collaborative personality with strong initiative and creativity Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced creative environment This is a highly creative role for someone who loves storytelling, aesthetics, weddings, fashion, branding, travel, and social media culture.

Pay:

$50,000.00 per year
